Contractors
The Home Repair Program, administered by the Seattle Office of Housing, provides critical home repair services to income-qualified homeowners throughout the city. This program is designed to preserve safe, healthy, and affordable housing by addressing a wide range of structural, mechanical, and environmental issues.
We invite licensed and qualified contractors to partner with us in delivering high-quality repair and renovation services to eligible homeowners. This is a valuable opportunity to contribute to the well-being of Seattle communities while participating in publicly funded projects.
The City of Seattle works to ensure women- and minority-owned businesses (WMBE businesses) have opportunities to pursue public-contracting opportunities. Please visit this link to learn more about resources available through the City’s WMBE programs.
